Shipping Policy
All items are made to order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partners. Because products are created specifically for each customer, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Processing & Production Times
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. Certain items, including footwear, all-over print apparel, and specialty products, may require additional production time.
During holidays, major sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination, product type, and fulfillment partner.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 1–4 weeks
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. This occurs when products are fulfilled by different manufacturing partners or shipped from different facilities.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to several days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other transit-related issues are outside our direct control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
